Job summary

A boutique software house is seeking an Application Support Executive in Puchong, Selangor. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining application systems and troubleshooting issues in a dynamic environment. A minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical & Helpdesk support is required, with proficiency in C# and SQL preferred. This role offers a remuneration of MYR 4,000 - MYR 6,000.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in Technical & Helpdesk Support.
• Able to work on shift work.
• Junior Executive level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain application systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and manage communication.
• Handle tickets management.

• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation,including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues.
• Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication andclient relationship management in partnership.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for thisposition.
