Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive operational and maintenance support for application systems, including core business applications, IT monitoring systems, integration systems, etc.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across application systems, ensuring all activities in line with internal policies and requirements.
  • Monitor system performance and operational status, promptly identify and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth system operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems related to system integration, user access, and application functionality.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, user permissions, and troubleshooting procedures for reference and knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience in application systems support, system monitoring, or IT operations.
  • Familiarity with IT service management processes and best practices (e.g., ITIL).Strong understanding of IT management principles, standards and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with good communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skill Requirements
  • Knowledge of system monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus) and techniques to track application performance and health.
  • Knowledge of integration systems (e.g., WSO2, Kafka) and experience in supporting system interfaces and data flows.Knowledge and Hands-on experience with user account and permission management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Solid Python development skills, capable of writing scripts for system automation, data analysis, and integration tasks.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level application systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) is a plus.
