A day in the life of...
  • Ensure the implementation of new products development procedures and guidelines.
  • Responsible to manage product, process and packaging innovations for the factory.
  • Ensure product compliance by design (quality, food safety & regulatory) and help drive change management resulting from New Product Development innovations in factory.
  • Assist in managing product development to meet 60/40+ as defined by Business Unit in the brief and responsible to manage technical releases for the factory.
  • Assist to achieve and maintain required technical standards in products (formula & packaging) & processes for all the products in portfolio.
  • Ensure to provide technical support to manufacturing on troubleshooting and improvement initiatives.
  • Help drive alternative raw and packaging materials initiatives.
  • Responsible for updating of documents in Product Files for innovation and renovation activities and management of recipes in GREAT (SAP-RM).
  • Responsible for maintenance of data in GLOBE (ROH, ZPCK, HALB and BOM).
Qualifications
  • Had an academic experience in Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and relevant Science fields as minimum.
  • Had 4-5 years experience in manufacturing / R&D role in food business.
  • Has the capability in project management and project portfolio in several areas competing for resource.
  • Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams.
