A leading machinery company in Malaysia is looking for an Application Engineer to set up and commission SMT machinery. Responsibilities include training customers on machine operation and attending emergency service calls for repairs. The ideal candidate should have a Degree/Diploma in Electronic or Electrical Engineering and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A valid driving license and personal vehicle are also required.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and commission machines at customer premises
• Train customers on operation, functions, programming, and maintenance of machines purchased
• Attend emergency service calls for machine repairs at customer factories and via phone
• Coordinate with suppliers on non‑standard issues and requirements
• Provide service support to branch offices or head office when needed

Requirements:

• Own vehicle and valid driving licence
