Application Engineer (Robotics / E&E / Mechatronics)

Join our team as Application Engineer to become the go-to expert for integrating, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training customers on cutting‑edge robotics systems. You’ll be a tech ambassador—supporting our sales team, solving real customer problems, and helping to close exciting automation projects across various industries.

What you’ll do

• Sales & Technical Support
  • Work hand-in-hand with sales to strategize, propose solutions, run demos, support tender bids, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Deliver technical proposals, application proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), and support product training, testing, and commissioning.
  • Be the face of our robots: present at trade shows, record training videos, and create impactful tech notes.
• Customer Satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues like a pro.
  • Proactively improve our technical support services.
  • Be the calm in the storm—handle escalations smartly and keep customers happy.
• Stay ahead by constantly learning: AI, IoT, robotics, industrial automation, cloud integration.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Robotics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience in technical support, training, demo, or project delivery is a plus—but fresh grads are welcome too!
• Bonus if you’ve worked with embedded systems, automation, or in the semiconductor/electronics industry.
