Key Responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical service and support for customer systems in coordination with Sales Representatives.
• Conduct plant surveys, assist with system start‑ups, and ensure continuous improvement of customer operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts.
• Perform data analysis, system monitoring, and provide recommendations to optimize performance.
• Deliver technical support including sample testing, basic maintenance, service reporting, chemical management, and inventory control.
• Comply with company safety standards and reporting procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluent in Mandarin, with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
