About the role

Join True Eco Sdn Bhd, a leading player in wastewater treatment, odour control and renewable energy, as an Application Engineer. This full‑time, on‑site role based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor provides technical support and expertise to ensure the successful implementation and operation of our state‑of‑the‑art solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and develop innovative wastewater treatment, odour control and renewable energy applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of systems.
• Analyse customer requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions.
• Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies and system configurations to meet customer needs.
• Create technical documentation, user manuals and training materials for our products and services.
• Participate in the development of new products and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Liaise with cross‑functional teams, suppliers and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or related Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in wastewater treatment, odour control, renewable energy or related industries.
• Strong academic background with at least an A grade in Additional Mathematics (SPM, UEC or STPM) and an A grade in Statistics (university subject or STPM). Language results are not specified.
• Technical expertise in design, implementation and troubleshooting of the systems mentioned.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics and technical specifications.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites for installation, commissioning and maintenance activities.
