This job is based in Johor Bahru. This job is not a Mechanical design job.

We are looking for enterprising talents with a Mechanical background to be part of our Technical Team who can help support our business in the areas of SOLIDWORKS application solution delivery, support, and technical content creation.

Please note: there is no design, hands-on per se, on mechanical design. The scope is purely supporting the delivery of the SOLIDWORKS application through demonstration, training, and technical support.

The ideal candidate will be someone keen on pivoting towards exploring a career in application trade, leveraging on mechanical background in solution consulting, committed to continuous learning, and possessing strong digital skills. This candidate should also work closely with various teams, including sales and marketing teams, in order to support the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Involved in customer engagements, including the gathering of customer requirements and formulating the scope of work
• Support in generating business proposals that involve the integration of IT and engineering domains
• Conduct a Product demonstration and technical workshop (Online or Offline)
