Key Responsibilities

Lead pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, and develop winning technical proposals.

Manage project implementation, including requirement studies, training plans, UAT, and documentation.

Deliver post-sales support with a customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to drive successful project delivery.

Uphold company standards for HSE, QMS (ISO 9001), and customer communication best practices.

You\'ll Succeed In This Role If You Can

Create compelling demos and presentations tailored to client needs.

Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support.

Monitor customer adoption and satisfaction post-implementation.

Provide feedback and continuous improvement suggestions to management.

Align with company HR, QHSE, and Customer Service policies.

1+ years experience in application support or project delivery.

Strong project management and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
