Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Senior Manager, Cash & Liquidity Management - APAC to lead regional cash management and liquidity initiatives. You will partner with Global Treasury and regional teams to optimize liquidity, forecast cash needs, and manage intercompany funding while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 8–10 years in treasury or cash management within a multinational, with strong analytical skills and experience with SAP/FIS Integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field is required.
• CTP/CCM certification or equivalent treasury certification is advantageous.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (mandatory).
• 8–10 years of progressive Treasury/ cash management experience, preferably in a multinational.
• Experience managing regional cash management and liquidity in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, forecasting, and banking structures.
• Proficiency with SAP, FIS Integrity, and Treasury systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Treasury partner for APAC markets, defining liquidity strategies and regional cash frameworks.
• Oversee daily cash reporting, funding, and weekly cash flow forecasting across entities.
• Manage intercompany funding, borrowings, repayments, and internal dividends.
• Lead banking-structure optimization and Treasury transformation initiatives.
• Mentor junior Treasury staff and ensure governance, controls, and compliance across regions.
