You will be responsible for spearheading recruiting activities, collaborating with hiring managers to craft impactful advertising, and utilizing recruitment marketing to enhance the employer brand. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in talent acquisition and is proficient in Japanese and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global organization.
• Proven capability using recruiting technologies and direct sourcing tools.
• Experience working in a progressive environment managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead recruiting activities from start to finish.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to craft impactful advertising.
• Provide actionable market intelligence and recruiting insights.
