• 10+ years of experience in lubricants, CPG, or chemical industry.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong background in Demand Planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across the Planning Unit.
• Own PU-level performance metrics like supply planning and inventory.
• Develop strategies to manage inventory health and cash flow.
