Job summary

FMC Corporation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to join its APAC Legal team. You will partner with commercial, corporate, compliance, and HR functions, advising on a wide range of matters across multiple APAC jurisdictions.

The role requires a pragmatic lawyer with strong drafting and negotiation skills, excellent stakeholder management, and fluency in English. 10+ PQE in a regulated industry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the Bar in at least one APAC jurisdiction.
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Experience providing legal support across multiple APAC jurisdictions; regional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial, corporate, compliance, employment and dispute matters across APAC.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and regulatory filings.
• Support corporate governance and external counsel coordination; manage risk with business partners.
