Job summary

Pfizer Malaysia is offering an internship role to support the Regional Regulatory Hub with administrative and operational duties for a 12‑month period. You will use Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and related tools to prepare correspondence, maintain documents and presentations.

You will also explore internal systems such as ARIBA, PO, GCMA, ACM, HR on Demand, BT on Demand, liaise with colleagues across departments and assist on multi-country regulatory document preparation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Science required.
• Internship period of 12 months.
• Preferably specialized in Healthcare- Pharmacy and Bioscience.
• Ability to work independently, result-oriented, diligent and self-motivated.
• Good spoken & written English.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Regulatory Hub with administrative and operational duties to the manager and department.
• Produce correspondence and documents using MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
• Explore and leverage knowledge with internal systems such as ARIBA, PO, GCMA, ACM, HR on Demand, BT on Demand.
• Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts.
• Assist regulatory team for multiple country document preparation.
• Provide any other ad hoc operations support.
