Job summary

A leading technology firm is seeking a candidate to support regional sales decision-making and execution. This role involves managing the business price system, improving contract quality, and monitoring annual sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and teamwork skills, a bachelor's degree in relevant fields, and an understanding of digital transformation and commercial contract analysis. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Job description

Support the regional sales decision‑making authorization and execution
Risk authorization, and contract signing management.

Develops and manages the business price system which include the partner’s management, decision‑making on commercial authorization system construction, and commercial analysis.

Manages the review standardization of sales projects, including sales review rules as well as functional reviewer resource pool construction and management.

Promotes the improvement of contract transaction quality: Help to sorts out and provides contract templates for the focused industry scenarios, establishes a contract quality evaluation system, tracks the quality evaluation of previous contracts, and optimizes clause baselines to promote systematic improvement of contract quality.

To develop the annual and quarterly sales targets of the region, monitors the implementation of the targets, and makes accurate forecasts. Manages sales programs, and standardizes the operations of sales projects at all levels.

Optimizes the sales management process. Manages pipelines, key projects, and internal controls

Job Requirements:
  • Have good expression and communication skills, teamwork skills, good data analysis capability.
  • Knowing how to collect digital transformation requirements and how to deliver it in digital system.
  • Minimum bachelor degree in Communications Engineering, data analysis, finance major or equivalent.
  • Have a certain understanding of a certain field such as Enterprise Digital transformation setup and operation, IT commercial contract analysis, contact risk analysis etc.
