Qualifications

• Significant regional corporate real estate experience.
• Experience with multiple APAC markets.
• Strong financial acumen including NPV/IRR/DCF.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional real estate portfolio strategies.
• Lead leases, renewals, expansions, site selections and multi-country transactions.
• Influence Plant Managers, Operations, Finance, Legal and external partners.
• Evaluate lease-versus-buy using total occupancy cost and capex impact.
• Apply financial analyses to support robust business cases.
