Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as regional process steward for SAP S/4HANA streams (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report), ensuring adherence to global templates.
  • Lead process mapping, blueprinting, and gap analysis across business functions.
  • Drive adoption of analytics and automation tools (PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud, FIORI, RPA) to enhance decision‑making.
  • Lead regional projects and change initiatives related to SAP implementations and business transformations.
  • Manage SIT, UAT, and deployment activities; provide post‑go‑live support.
  • Collaborate with commercial, IT, and digital teams to enable omni‑channel and eCommerce strategies.
  • Mentor Superusers and process champions; support SAP capability expansion and roadmap planning.
  • Identify and prioritize regional process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Formal qualifications in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business process management, SAP implementations, or digital transformation.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA (superuser or implementation lead) across one or more streams.
  • Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial operations in a multinational environment.
  • Experience supporting omni‑channel strategies and eCommerce integration preferred.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (PowerBI, SAC)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
