Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of inspection and integrity practices.
• Experience with risk management and KPI analysis.
• Ability to apply new technologies for safety and reliability.
• Fluent in Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Asset Integrity Management: Develop and implement comprehensive asset integrity management programs to ensure the safety and reliability of pipelines, pressure vessels, and other fixed equipment and infrastructure
• Inspection and Monitoring: Oversee regular inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and monitoring activities to detect and assess corrosion, fatigue, and other forms of degradation
• Risk Assessment: Conduct detailed risk assessments and failure mode analysis to identify potential integrity threats and develop mitigation strategies
• Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to operations, maintenance, and project teams on integrity-related issues and incident investigations
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze inspection and monitoring data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas requiring attention. Generate reports and recommendations to support informed decision-making
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset integrity management practices, technologies and business performance
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all integrity management activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies
• Coaching and Mentoring: Training, knowledge transfer and technical guidance for lesser experienced engineers
