Aufgaben

• Defines program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develops comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Leads cross-functional teams, manages dependencies and risks, and ensures milestones are met within budget.
• Engages stakeholders at all levels, communicates changes, and negotiates adjustments as needed.
• Allocates resources, coordinates with functional managers, and optimizes workloads.
• Ensures deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements; collaborates with QA.
• Identifies risks and develops mitigation strategies; escalates critical issues as needed.
• Maintains project documentation and enables knowledge transfer and lessons learned.
• Provides strategic direction, defines PM methodologies and fosters a culture of excellence.
