A leading technology company is seeking a Regional Segment Manager to drive strategic growth across the APAC Data Center and Industry Service Segment. This role involves implementing Go-to-Market strategies, building a collaborative sales network, and managing major accounts. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in sales and account management within the energy or data center sectors. Qualifications

  • More than 10 years in sales, account management, or service leadership within the energy or data center infrastructure sector.
  • Proven success in negotiating complex service contracts and strategic customer engagements.
  • Strong understanding of electricity infrastructure, digital lifecycle services, and data center operations.
  • Experience in managing cross‑functional and cross‑country teams to drive regional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a regional segment strategy aligned with global priorities.
  • Lead the negotiation and signing of major agreements with data center clients.
  • Build and manage a collaborative regional sales network.
  • Support joint customer visits and strategic discussions with key clients.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
