Qualifications

• Experience in GMP/GDP or other regulated environments on major capital projects.
• Proven leadership building high-performing project teams and managing external contractors.
• Experience in global/multinational settings with supply chain visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC CAPEX projects execution, ensuring budget adherence, schedule, and regulatory compliance.
• Standardize project management tools, templates, and processes across APAC region.
• Drive cost and time optimization in partnership with internal/external stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor regional engineering and project management teams.
