Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Migration, Integration and Automation projects.
• Prepare and process payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues.

• Assist with month‑end closing activities and reporting as needed.
