• Manage and process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Prepare and process payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all accounts payable activities.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting as needed.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounts payable operations.

Profile

A successful AP Analyst should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial systems.
• Migration, Integration and Automation projects experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills to manage vendor relationships effectively.
