A leading financial institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to manage daily processing tasks and provide operational support. Responsibilities include trade ticketing, client management, and ensuring timely processing of trades. Candidates should possess strong multitasking abilities, excellent time management skills, and preferably a degree in Business or Finance. This full-time role supports a collaborative, dynamic culture with various incentives.

Our client has a processing centre of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographical time zones employing a Global Operating Model to maximise efficiencies across times zones and supports a 24/5 operational capability. The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of their global operations, improve service quality via their ‘centres of excellence’ and to implement/leverage standardised processes globally.
Working hours : 6am/7am/8am – 3pm/4pm/5pm (Staggered shift)
