Analyst/Senior Analyst - Market Access & HEOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Access & HEOR:

  • Conduct secondary research, including structured and unstructured data analysis.
  • Prepare and manage data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and validation.
  • Support the design of questionnaires and interview/discussion guides.
  • Conduct primary research.
  • Perform data analysis, integrating AI and human intelligence.
  • Support the development or adaptation of health economic models.
  • Draft reports and presentations that meet Ipsos quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates to relevant colleagues on project progress.
  • Proactively manage assigned tasks and seek assistance when needed.
  • Stay informed about current trends to develop relevant skills and knowledge.

Real World Evidence:

  • Independent planning, management and implementation of real‑world evidence (RWE) or non‑interventional studies (NIS) projects, nationally and internationally.
  • Identification and approach of decision‑makers from the RWE sector as well as presentation of our services.
  • Support the creation of project designs (including selection of suitable data sources and analysis methods), cost calculations and attractive offers for our customers.
  • Support the preparation of study protocols as well as all documents necessary for approval by external bodies (ethics committee), contact with the committees.
  • Support project team and external service providers (e.g. medical writing) in compliance with budget, time and quality specifications.
  • Support the preparation of all deliverables (e.g. study reports, presentations, protocols, SAP) for our customers.
  • Close cooperation with our international real‑world evidence centre of expertise and other internal/external stakeholders, e.g. from data science.

BACKGROUND

Experience/Skills/Knowledge:

  • Experience in healthcare consulting, research, or industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, prioritisation, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret research data from both technical and strategic/commercial perspectives.
  • Experience with emerging analytical techniques, such as Generative AI, is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English. Additional languages are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, Stata) and/or health economic modelling tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Prior experience or coursework in health economics, outcomes research, or market access is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate and above degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, Economics, Health Economics, or related studies.
