As a Customer/Technical Training Analyst, you will gain exposure to cross‑functional collaboration and external stakeholder engagement, with the opportunity to contribute to real‑world projects that support business growth and learning.
Support the coordination and execution of external training‑related events, webinars, and workshops for partners and customers
Ensure effective delivery of training and solutions to support the highest competence given the level of knowledge and skills required.
Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions
Partners with the business and subject matter experts to assess and customize training based on current and future needs

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
