Responsibilities

Summary of Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for overall Sales administration functions for:

  • Entire Spare Part Order Process Management (OTC)
  • Process and coordinate System requests
  • Service Support and Logistics as Back Office Function

Essential Functions:

  • Overall order process management (SAP & SFDC) in accordance with Bruker standard policy, SOX, ISO and Revenue Recognition reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Regional Sales, Selling Entity, Planning, R&D, Manufacturing, Finance and Shipping to ensure both company and customer requirements are met.
  • Maintain effective communication with Internal stakeholders and external customer to achieve Customer Excellence.
  • After sales service support on additional requests from customer or selling entity.
  • Participate in departmental projects aligned with corporate objectives.

    • Prepare shipping documents
    • Coordinate global shipments
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience in sales operations related jobs
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Experience of operating SAP (S4Hana) and CRM (Salesforce)
  • Fluency in English; reading/writing and oral communication

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
