The role partners closely with clients, internal stakeholders, regional teams, and IT to deliver seamless implementations while ensuring compliance, risk management, and operational excellence**Responsibilities:**Client & Stakeholder Management:* Build strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality implementation support and technical guidance.* Act as a key point of contact during client onboarding and implementation phases.* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, IT, Compliance, and Regional/Head Office teams.Implementation & Delivery:* Support implementation of transaction banking products including trade finance, cash management, and digital banking platforms.* Assist in system setup, testing, migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).* Support clients onsite when required to resolve complex technical or operational issues.* Ensure implementations are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.Risk, Control & Governance:* Investigate implementation and system issues, providing timely resolution and mitigation recommendations.* Support adherence to product approval governance, internal controls, and information security requirements.* Assist in managing operational risk, audit issues, and regulatory compliance.* Maintain proper documentation and reporting for implementation activities.**What You Will Bring:**To excel in this role, you’ll bring experience from the financial services sector—ideally working with cash management solutions.
