RHB Investment Bank Berhad is seeking a Team Lead, IB AML Investigation & Analytics to head a team of investigators and analysts. You will oversee complex AML investigations within Investment Banking, review reports, and coordinate with Compliance, Legal and Operations to strengthen controls.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in AML with at least 2 years in leadership, solid knowledge of AML/CFT regulations in Malaysia, and proven ability to analyse large datasets and present findings to senior

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in AML, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Investment Banking products and AML risks.
• In-depth knowledge of AML/CFT laws and guidelines in Malaysia (e.g., AMLA 2001).
• Proven experience conducting complex financial investigations and analysing STRs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a team of AML investigators and analysts.
• Oversee complex AML investigations related to Investment Banking activities.
• Review and approve investigation reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to manage AML risks.
• Analyse large datasets to identify money laundering patterns and emerging risks.
• Develop and enhance AML methodologies, tools, and processes.
