Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Semiconductor A/T Smart Manufacturing Automation.
• 1-2 years of experience in AMHS material handling systems automation.
• Strong programming skills in Java, C#/.NET, SQL, XML/XSD.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of AMHS system into Assembly, Test, Probe & Bump operations.
• Perform system configuration, functional checks, and interlock verifications.
• Ensure communication between AMHS system and other relevant systems.
