Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Highly skilled engineer with deep expertise in thin-film deposition technologies such as ALD and PVD. In this role, you will lead critical process optimization efforts, support new product introduction, and drive continuous improvement in deposition-related manufacturing operations.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop, optimize, and sustain thin-film deposition processes for high-performance products.
  • Analyze process data and metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Characterize thin films using metrology and materials analysis techniques (e.g., ellipsometry, XPS).
  • Document and maintain detailed process recipes, control plans, and operating procedures.
  • Lead root cause investigations for yield, reliability, or process stability issues.
  • Stay current with advances in deposition technologies and recommend relevant upgrades or cost savings.
What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications):
  • Hands-on experience in thin-film deposition, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with film characterization techniques and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
