Qualifications

• Knowledge of all aspects of Ground Handling and IOSA requirements.
• Knowledge of Aviation Safety and Security.

Responsibilities

• Manage Malaysia station’s performance according to company standard.
• Drive and review station performance including OTP and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with company service level and standard.
