• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy luggage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with baggage handling and loading/unloading of luggage.
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules and delays.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings.
• Collaborate with other airport staff and departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all airport and company policies and procedures.
