Job summary

A major aerospace company in Malaysia is seeking an Aircraft Engine Mechanic to perform engine assembly and disassembly while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a diploma in aircraft maintenance. Responsibilities include maintenance of tools, performing preventive tasks, and supporting team operations in a dynamic aviation environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an engine assembler/disassembler in aviation/aerospace.
  • Must have practical aircraft engine experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams.

Responsibilities

  • Disassemble and assemble engines and modules as per guidelines.
  • Maintain tools and ensure cleanliness in the work area.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.

Skills

Ability to work in teams
Gas Turbine Engine training
Mechanical knowledge
Basic Microsoft Word knowledge
Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge

Education

Diploma in aircraft maintenance and EASA Part 66 license
