Air Cond Technician

Location: Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Department: Engineering/Facility Maintenance

Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

We are currently looking for an experienced Air Cond Technician to join us at the first Hyatt House in Southeast Asia. This position reports directly to the Engineering Manager and requires an entrepreneurial, business‑savvy, detail‑oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve maintenance issues for guest and associate areas promptly and report those requiring specialist skill.
  • Handle and maintain all power tools properly.
  • Submit requests to the Engineering Manager for purchase of parts and consumables.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all work areas and protect surroundings during duties.
  • Implement effective energy conservation measures in areas of operations.
  • Complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks on time.
  • Assist the preventive maintenance program to meet highest standards.
  • Assist other hosts with duties throughout the hotel when requested.
  • Additional specialist skills are an advantage.
