Job summary

A leading electrical appliance company is looking for an Air Cond Specialist - Senior Sales Executive to develop their RAC Channel in Malaysia. The ideal candidate should possess at least Higher Secondary education and be proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Responsibilities include executing marketing activities, developing business relationships, and ensuring sales target achievement. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills with a minimum of 3 years experience, particularly in AirCond sales.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Background in AirCond sales is an added advantage.
  • Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General.

  • Source and grow sales channel, specifically the AirCond Specialist Network.

  • Ensure timely payment collection.

Air Cond Specialist - Senior Sales Executive (Penang/ Central)

Job Summary: To develop RAC Channel to Malaysia market, ensure sales target achievement, gross profit, AR control and rolling sales forecast accuracy for RAC Channel.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute day-to-day sales & marketing activities.
  • Be responsible for business development with existing and potential customers.
  • Source and grow sales channel, specifically the AirCond Specialist Network.
  • Negotiate and manage promotional activities with dealers & distributors.
  • Be responsible for service follow-up and ensure good business relationship.
  • Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Discover and pursue new dealers to sell in ACS products.
  • Negotiate or close deal and handle complaints.
  • Ensure timely payment collection.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills to convince client on acceptance of Haier Solution and secure sales at best possible margin.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Background in AirCond sales is an added advantage.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
