Job summary

A facilities maintenance company in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated individual to coordinate jobs and handle the installation, servicing, and repair of air-conditioning and heating systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate responsibility, discipline, and the ability to work independently, while also being skilled in using troubleshooting tools and having a penchant for learning. Ownership of transport and a GDL license is a plus for potential travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Experienced in air-conditioning, heat pump and hot water system maintenance.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.

Job description

Coordinate jobs and process documentations.

Perform on-site installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing air-conditioning, heat pump hot water, electrical and piping system.

Lead service team to perform on-site work independently.

Establish good working standards in equipment maintenance, health and safety requirements and related regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements

Discipline, hardworking, responsible and willing to learn. Able to work independently.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Knows Excel, Word and etc.

Preferable non-executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (facilities & machinery) or equivalent.

Experienced in using hand tools and troubleshooting tools.

Experienced in air‑cond / heat pump / hot water system troubleshooting and repair works (i.e. compressor replacement, brazing, welding, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, check electrical and etc.).

Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation when required.

Can drive company van. Owning a GDL license is a bonus.
