Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a software professional in Petaling Jaya to develop NLP and model applications using Python, while supporting testing and DevOps practices.

You will work with cross-functional teams, assist with product promotion activities, and provide on-demand service support. The role may involve travel to support on-site projects and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with AI algorithms preferred.
• Familiarity with ML and DL algorithms.
• Knowledge of graphs or large language models preferred.
• Proficiency in Python/Java/SQL.
• Chinese communication skills preferred; fluent English.

Responsibilities:

• Developing NLP and model applications using Python skills;
• Supporting the overall testing process;
• Following DevOps standards and managing development work in Jira;
• Supporting product promotion activities;
• Providing on-demand service support;
• Traveling as needed to support on-site interactions and delivery of business projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields;
• Practical work experience in AI algorithms is preferred;
• Familiarity with classical machine learning and deep learning algorithms, and capable of using AI algorithms to solve predictive, recognition, optimization, and decision-making operational issues;
• Knowledge of knowledge graphs or large Language model is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis languages and tools such as Python/Java/SQL;
• Chinese communication skills is preferred;
• Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit; Strong stress resistance, willingness to take on challenging work, and good at finding the best solutions;
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), English can be used as a working language;
• Proficiency in self-learning, embracing innovation, and good at using new technologies to solve difficult problems is preferred
