Job summary

Rtist in Kuala Lumpur seeks an AI Video Generation Specialist to create ad content entirely with AI tools—UGC-style testimonials, product shotlists, and short cinematic commercials. You will direct and generate footage from scratch, not edit existing clips.

You must have hands-on Higgsfield experience (or equivalent), be able to craft AI characters with natural movement and convincing lip-sync, and drive prompts to control AI interactions.

Job Description: We're looking for an AI Video Generation Specialist to produce Meta ad content entirely with AI tools — UGC-style ads, product shotlists, and cinematic commercial-style content. This is not a traditional video editing role. You are directing and generating footage from scratch, not cutting existing footage together.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with Higgsfield (or equivalent AI video generation tools) — this is a prompting and generation skill, not a post-production skill
• Able to generate AI characters that look and move naturally across formats — UGC talking-head, product-in-hand demos, cinematic brand shots
• Skilled in AI lip-sync generation — dialogue must match mouth movement convincingly, no uncanny valley
• Able to direct AI character/product interaction through prompting (natural hand placement, grip, eye contact, camera movement) — without manual frame-by-frame fixing
• Strong instinct for Meta ad pacing (hook in first 2-3 seconds, scroll-stopping cuts)
• Output must be commercial-grade and indistinguishable from real footage — "AI-looking" output will not pass review
