OVERVIEW

We’re seeking an exceptional leader to execute strategic AI transformation initiatives defined by our C‑Suite. You’ll translate executive vision into tangible outcomes by driving company‑wide programs that integrate advanced technologies into our product development, solutions, and internal operations.

Reporting to our Chief Innovation Officer and partnering with the entire executive leadership team, you’ll own the end‑to‑end execution of transformation programs through disciplined program management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational change leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead execution of AI transformation programs spanning product innovation, operational automation, and organisational capability building.
• Drive initiatives to embed intelligent capabilities into our solutions.
• Establish program governance, KPIs, and executive reporting frameworks.
• Manage cross‑functional teams and coordinate with business leaders.
• Partner with technology vendors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in program/project management, product management, or transformation leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing multiple complex programs/projects simultaneously with measurable business impact.
• Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or fintech environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills – ability to influence executives and drive change without direct authority.
• Strong technical acumen with ability to engage credibly with engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Experience with agile methodologies and modern project management tools.
