Job summary

CTI International in Malaysia is seeking an AI solution architect with 3–7 years shipping production AI or digital solutions. The role emphasizes GenAI, RAG, vector search, MLOps, and manufacturing data such as Epicor/ERP with Azure cloud services.

Travel to C– Hawk sites for deployments may be required. Strong Python and SQL skills are essential for delivering governed data-driven outcomes and responsible AI safeguards.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, AI or related field.
• 3–7 years shipping production AI or digital solutions.
• Strong Python, SQL, ML frameworks; GenAI, RAG, vector search, MLOps.
• Experience with manufacturing data, Epicor/ERP, Azure/cloud; system validation advantageous.
• Proven production ownership, monitoring and support; travel to C– Hawk sites.

Responsibilities

• Assess use-case feasibility, define data requirements, establish KPI, and agree measurable model and workflow acceptance criteria.
• Develop GenAI copilots, retrieval with augmented generation, document intelligence, analytics, anomaly detection, decision support.
• Build prompts retrieval pipelines, evaluation datasets, model services, and integrations using governed enterprise data/APLs.
• Implement MLOps/LLOps: source control, testing, deployment, monitoring, versioning, logging, incident response.
• Embed human approval, source citation, access control, privacy and responsible AI safeguards.
• Support pilots, user training, production monitoring, and reusable solution patterns across the C– Hawk network.

Support pilots, user training, production monitoring and reusable solution patterns for deployment across the C – Hawk network.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer science, software engineering, data science, AI or a related discipline.
• 3 – 7 years shipping maintainable production AI or digital solutions.
• Strong Phyton, SQL, ML frameworks; practical GenAI, RAG, vector search, evaluation and MLOps experience.
• Experience with manufacturing, Epicor/ERP data, Azure/cloud services or quality – system validation is advantageous.
• Evidence of production ownership, monitoring and support, able to travel to C – Hawk sites for deployments.
