Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Search & AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) Expert to elevate our visibility across emerging AI‑driven search ecosystems — including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Bing Copilot, and Google SGE. This role focuses on future‑proofing our marketing by optimizing content for conversational and generative AI discovery.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in SEO and AEO, understands how AI models interpret and surface content, and can design strategies that drive measurable improvements in traffic, authority, and conversions. This role will combine strategic ownership with hands‑on execution, while working closely with SEO, content, product, and growth teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute AI‑first search optimization strategies across GenAI search platforms
  • Conduct conversational and intent‑driven keyword/topic research tailored for LLM behavior
  • Structure content for maximum visibility in AI‑generated answers including citations, snippets, and summaries
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI search strategies into core SEO and content roadmaps
  • Build and optimize structured data, knowledge graphs, and schema markup to improve contextual relevance
  • Monitor AI search performance, run experiments, and deliver actionable insights
  • Track emerging trends in AI search and implement ongoing improvements
  • Train teams on AEO frameworks and establish internal best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in SEO / AEO / AI search optimization
  • Deep understanding of how LLMs evaluate and surface content
  • Strong grasp of natural language search patterns and topical authority
  • Hands‑on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, Clearscope, etc.)
  • Strong writing/content skills for conversational and direct‑answer formats
  • Knowledge of structured data, rich results, and schema.json (JSON‑LD)
Preferred Skills
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) as part of strategy workflows
  • Technical SEO background with HTML/JS familiarity
  • Experience optimizing for voice search or conversational UX
  • Understanding of generative AI content ranking and knowledge graph strategies
