Doit is building an AI-native Neobank Superapp for Southeast Asia, spanning payments, remittance, insurance, wealth, and trading. The Technical Product Manager will own a vertical end-to-end, from strategy and outcomes to technical design, delivery, and launch.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of product management experience
• Strong technical foundation across systems and APIs
• Experience reviewing and challenging technical designs
• Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading or similar regulated domains
• Ability to balance technical, regulatory and user needs with good judgment
• Experience with AI/LLM-powered products and evaluating when to use AI

Responsibilities

• Own a product vertical end-to-end from strategy to delivery and launch
• Shape technical design with engineering across APIs, data flows, and security
• Drive trade-offs among correctness, speed, cost, reliability and regulatory needs
• Incorporate regulatory requirements such as KYC and privacy into the product
• Apply AI where it genuinely improves outcomes with safeguards and oversight
• Coordinate with external regulatory approvals and third-party partners
• Align Engineering, Design, Compliance, Ops, Treasury and Finance around decisions and launches
