Qualifications

• Senior role: minimum 5 years experience; Mid role: 3+ years experience.
• Bachelor's or higher in CS/IT or related.
• Strong Python, SQL and ML fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, vector stores.
• Familiarity with Databricks or cloud ML platforms.

Responsibilities

• Implement prompts, prompt chains, and RAG components based on specifications.
• Data cleaning, EDA, feature engineering, and model experimentation.
• Train and evaluate ML models using scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow basics.
• Support model deployment and integration testing.
• Build and maintain Databricks pipelines using PySpark and Delta tables.
• Assist in MLflow model tracking and basic MLOps tasks.
• Implement notebooks, jobs, and simple data transformations.
