Job summary

HFG Insurance Recruitment is seeking an AI Engineering / AIOps professional to support the delivery and operationalisation of strategic AI, ML, and data solutions across the organisation. You will collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Platform teams to design, deploy and operate scalable AI solutions, with a strong focus on MLOps, GenAI, and production support.

You will work on end-to-end AI/ML lifecycles, build scalable CI/CD pipelines, and help standardise cloud usage across Microsoft

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MLOps/AI Engineering or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps and Generative AI.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Python and Spark.
• Experience deploying Generative AI/LLM-based apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and operationalise AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM-based solutions.
• Manage end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle including monitoring and production support.
• Build and maintain MLOps/DevOps pipelines (CI/CD, deployment, monitoring).
• Work with Databricks to develop and operationalise AI/data solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to cloud standardisation across Azure and/or AWS.
• Support LLM orchestration, vector databases and AI agent frameworks.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and data governance.
