Job summary

UST USource is seeking an AI Engineer to work across the full AI stack, from data pipelines and intelligent agents to APIs and user-facing applications. You will build data pipelines, develop AI models and prompt-based applications, create APIs, and deliver front-end experiences for AI-powered features.

Join a collaborative team, participate in Agile ceremonies, and aim for independent ownership of AI features within the first year.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and cloud-native development.
• Knowledge of SQL, data pipelines, and data quality principles.
• API development experience; full-stack exposure is a plus.
• Growth mindset and willingness to be mentored.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines for AI solutions.
• Develop AI models, agents, and prompt-based applications.
• Create APIs and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Build front-end experiences for AI-powered features.
• Write high-quality, testable code and support QA activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Document solutions to support scalability and knowledge sharing.
