Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an AI-focused developer to design, build, and maintain applications using LLMs and RAG techniques. You will implement AI solutions through FastAPI endpoints and collaborate with global teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will stay current on Generative AI advancements, ML methods, and Azure AI Foundry tools, with opportunities to prototype quickly and contribute frontend tasks when needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for Generative AI and its real-world business applications.
• Experience with Python programming and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or other LLM frameworks, building RAG applications, agents, tool integrations, and evaluation flows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams.
• Knowledge of ML algorithms, focusing on LLMs and Generative AI techniques.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services, e.g. Resource management and Azure AI Foundry for GenAI.
• Experience building rapid prototypes; frontend skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with Git, Python, LangChain or other LLM frameworks, Terraform, etc.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development.
