Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning and deep learning systems.
• Run machine learning tests and experiments to enhance the intelligence of our systems.
• Implement algorithms that drive automation and optimization.
• Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
• Fine-tune models based on business requirements and integrate AI functionalities into existing company products.
• Research and implement best practices to improve the existing machine learning infrastructure.
• Provide support to engineers and product teams in implementing AI tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, and statistics.
• Hands‑on experience with programming languages like Python, Go, Java, or R.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or TensorFlow) and libraries (like scikit‑learn).
• Excellent understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; master’s degree in Data Science or other quantitative field is highly preferred.
