Job description

Job scope

The engineer will, on a Time and Material Based Model, support the below mentioned job scope:

1. Collaborate with a third‑party AI vendor to validate and fine‑tune the AI responder using Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and domain‑specific data.
2. Design and execute a comprehensive test plan to evaluate AI response quality, accuracy, relevance, and tone.
3. Work with the core team to compile and organize the AI related content, data, and guides.
4. Full coverage on AI development projects including:

• Altera Community Forum AI Responder & Assistant project
• APS AI Responder & AI Assistant project
• Internal AI assistant for WWRAE project
• Backend data analysis with AI for Forum and APS.
• AI tools & applications development.
• Monitor AI performance post‑deployment and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist in prompt engineering, response evaluation, and tuning based on real‑world customer queries.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards for data privacy, security, and ethical AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
• Machine Learning (e.g., DeepLearning.AI)
• LLMs and Prompt Engineering (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain)
