Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an AI Engineer with 1–2 years of ML exposure and hands-on GenAI experience. You will build scalable AI systems, work with LangChain and related agentic frameworks, and manage vector databases for fast information retrieval.

You will collaborate across teams, write Python code, and stay current with AI research. This role focuses on real-world applications in a dynamic tech environment in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in machine learning projects.
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience with Generative AI and agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Google ADK.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, etc.).
• Proficient in Python with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions for real-world use cases.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in machine learning and at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic frameworks, and vector databases. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python and possess strong problem-solving abilities to build and deploy intelligent, scalable AI systems.
